JOSEPH L. FELDUN has over 22 years of experience in the practice of United States Immigration and Nationality law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Supreme Court of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Immigration Court. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Mr. Feldun has been rated AV / Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating based upon peer review. He was lead counsel in Manimbao v. Ashcroft before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Garrovillas v. Immigration and Naturalization Service. In 1996, Mr. Feldun was awarded a plaque of commendation by the Filipino-American Veterans of World War II, in recognition for his legal services and support in obtaining United States citizenship for Filipino veterans who fought side-by-side with United States forces in the Philippines.
Mr. Feldun was born in the United States of immigrant parents. He was initially raised in Europe (Belgium, Switzerland and Germany) and later attended junior high school and high school in Tokyo, Japan. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
During his many years of practice, Mr. Feldun has successfully represented hundreds of clients in cases before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as thousands of clients from around the world in all aspects of immigration and naturalization.
